With a TR Warszawa voucher you can book tickets for a performance presented on a date that is convenient to you. Such voucher is a great idea for a gift!
Taking pictures and recording any audio and/or video materials on theatre premises during the performances is strictly prohibited.
Discounts are available to: students up to the age of 26, retirees, pensioners, combatants, honorary blood donors, disabled persons and their assistants, residents of a nursing home
Person entitled to a concession ticket may be requested to present a valid document that confirms such eligibility before entering the performance or the event.
Purchased tickets may be returned no later than 3 days (72 hours) before the event.
Redeem your voucher
In order to redeem your voucher, book a seat (via e-mail, by phone or personally in the box office) and exchange your voucher for a ticket in the box office before the show.
Tickets received in exchange for a voucher are non-refundable.
If you select that you would like to receive a VAT invoice for the tickets and/or vouchers purchased online, the invoice will be sent to the e-mail address provided during the purchase.
For tickets and/or vouchers purchased in the box office, the invoice may be issued on the spot or sent to an e-mail address provided by the purchaser.
Since January 1st, 2020 an invoice may be issued only to the receipt containing the NIP number (art. 106 b section 5 of the amendment to the Value Added Tax Act and Certain Other Acts of 4 July 2019 – Journal of Laws item 1520). NIP Number must be submitted prior to the purchase of tickets and issuing a receipt. If the buyer fails to request an invoice and to submit a NIP number, a receipt without the NIP number will be issued. An invoice will not be issued to the receipt not containing the NIP number.
