Biography
A graduate of the State Higher School of Theatre in Kraków, she is a stage and film actress.
She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the Grand Prix at the WROSTJA Festival in Wrocław, the Monoblok Festival in Gdańsk, and the Grand Prix of the Warsaw Monodrama Festival for her performance as Medea in Medea directed by Ewelina Marciniak. She also received the award for Best Female Role for Winter Journey directed by Maja Kleczewska at the Prapremiery Festival in Bydgoszcz, the Journalists’ Award for her role as Hanka in The Peasants directed by Krzysztof Garbaczewski at the Opole Theatre Confrontations Festival, and the Best Acting Award at the M-Teatr Festival in Koszalin. She was also a scholarship recipient of the Mayor of Bydgoszcz.
She is the creator and performer of her solo piece Quantum Physics, or Conversations Never Held, which she presented at festivals including Two Riversides in Kazimierz Dolny, Open’er Festival, and Campus. At the One-Actor Festival in Toruń, the production received the Journalists’ Award for Best Performance.
She has collaborated with the Polish Theatre in Bydgoszcz, the Powszechny Theatre in Warsaw, the Old Theatre in Kraków, and the Wola Theatre in Warsaw. She currently also performs at Och-Teatr and Komuna Warszawa.
She has worked with directors and artists including Krystian Lupa, Oliver Frljić, Janusz Gajos, and Krystyna Janda.
She made her film debut in Panic Attack directed by Paweł Maślona and has since worked with filmmakers including Wojciech Smarzowski, Juliusz Machulski, Kinga Dębska, and Michał Grzybowski.
