Biography

A TR Warszawa actress. Graduate of The Stanisław Wyspiański State Higher Acting School in Carcow (current name: AST National Academy of Theatre Arts in Cracow). She received an honorable mention at the 33rd Festival of Drama Schools in Łódź for the role of Marusia in a diploma show Long Live the War!!! directed by Remigiusz Brzyk (2015). She debuted in Howl – a performance directed by Maciej Podstawny in Łaźnia Nowa Theater in Cracow (2015). After graduation Frajczyk was associated with the Helena Modrzejewska National Stary Theatre in Cracow, where she played Petra in An Enemy of the People (2015) dir. by Jan Klata (actor’s distinction at the 55th Theatre Meetings in Rzeszów –  New Theatre Festival 2016), Bride in The Wedding (2017) dir. by Jan Klata, and Laughter Yoga/Songhoy Blues in Triumph of the Will dir. by Monika Strzępka (2016) (best actress award at the 38th Warsaw Theatre Meetings), among others. She joined TR Warszawa ensemble in 2018. In TR she has created roles for the following performances: Fear dir. by Małgorzata Wdowik (2018), The Chinese dir. by Klaudia Hartung-Wójciak (2018), Parts of a Woman dir. by Kornél Mundruczó (2018), Other People dir. by Grzegorz Jarzyna (2019), Always Coming Home dir. by Magda Szprecht (coproduced by TR Warszawa, Festival/Tokyo and the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, 2019/2020), 2020: The Tempest dir. by Grzegorz Jarzyna (2020).

In 2019 she was nominated for the Polityka’s Passport award. She is a member of TR Warszawa ensemble since 2018. Frajczyk is a laureate of Talent Trójki Award (2018) and the Ignacy Lewandowski Special Award for an outstanding bit part (midwife Ewa) in Pieces of a Woman dir. by Kornél Mundruczó (2018).
