Biography
Actress at TR Warszawa. A graduate of the Ludwik Solski State Higher School of Theatre in Kraków (now the Stanisław Wyspiański Academy of Theatre Arts in Kraków).
She made her debut at the Contemporary Theatre in Szczecin in The Sunken Cathedral, directed by Anna Augustynowicz (2008), the graduation production of the fourth year of the Acting Department of PWST. For her role as Mrs. Tarczycka, she received an acting award at the 27th Festival of Theatre Schools in Łódź.
Between 2009 and 2017, she was associated with the Dramatic Theatre of the Capital City of Warsaw, where she appeared in productions such as Madame Bovary directed by Radosław Rychcik (2010), Soap Bubble directed by Mateusz Pakuła (2010), Little Daughters directed by Małgorzata Głuchowska (2011), Merchant Contracts directed by Paweł Miśkiewicz (2011), and Who Killed Alona Ivanovna directed by Michał Kmiecik (2012).
During that period, she also performed as a guest actress at theatres including the New Theatre in Kraków (Versus. In the Thicket of Cities directed by Radosław Rychcik, 2008; distinguished for her role at the 44th Kontrapunkt Small Forms Theatre Festival in Szczecin), IMKA Theatre (The General directed by Aleksandra Popławska and Marek Kalita, 2011), Maat Projekt Theatre in Lublin (Orlando directed by Tomasz Bazan, 2012), Łaźnia Nowa Theatre in Kraków and the Ludwik Solski Theatre in Tarnów (Kalkstein/Black Sun directed by Joanna Grabowiecka, 2015/2016), as well as TR Warszawa in Robert Robur directed by Krzysztof Garbaczewski (2016) and Soundwork directed by Wojtek Blecharz (2016).
She also appeared in The Uprising directed by Radosław Rychcik, produced for the Warsaw Rising Museum (2012), and in the Polish Radio Theatre production Framework directed by Grzegorz Kwiecień (2019). She has acted in several television productions, as well as in the film VHS Story directed by Jakub Półtorak (2019) and the Television Theatre production The General directed by Marek Kalita and Aleksandra Popławska (2018).
She is the co-author of the documentary film An Ordinary Country directed by Tomasz Wolski (2020).
Since 2017, she has been a member of the ensemble of TR Warszawa, where she has appeared in productions including G.E.N directed by Grzegorz Jarzyna (2017), The Chinese Woman directed by Klaudia Hartung-Wójciak (2018), David Goes to Israel directed by Jędrzej Piaskowski (co-produced by TR Warszawa and the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews, 2018), Maria Klassenberg. Ecstasies directed by Katarzyna Kalwat (a work-in-progress version created in collaboration with the Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art, 2019), Other People directed by Grzegorz Jarzyna (2019), Stream directed by Katarzyna Minkowska (2020), 2020: The Tempest directed by Grzegorz Jarzyna (2020), Maria Klassenberg directed by Katarzyna Kalwat (in collaboration with Raster Gallery, 2020), and 3SISTERS directed by Luka Perceval (2021).
